Google Play Music said to be launching on iOS this month, following delays , Google Play Music All Access Android (STOCK)
Google's subscription music service is said to be finally hopping over to iOS. According to Engadget, Google plans to release a Google Play Music app on iOS sometime in October, once it's polished off a final few bugs. Though Google Play Music All Access was launched back in May, Google has largely been quiet about bringing the service to the iPhone and iPad since then. Android chief Sundar Pichai said that an iOS app should launch in June, but the time came and went without a word from Google. It's unclear why the development process became so prolonged, but Engadget suggests that it may have been due to issues with enforcing DRM on the streaming music.
