There are few certainties known in the world, but I begin to think Garmin releases a new laptop every month is one of them. In the past four months, we have seen the introduction of the Forerunner 735XT, the Vivomove the Vivosmart HR +, golf approach X40 tracker, and Garmin Fenix Chronos.
Today is no exception: Garmin has announced the Forerunner 35, an update of the popular Forerunner 25 watch. The biggest differences between the previous version and the new is a smoother version of a high resolution display, the demands of life for the longest battery, specifically, the addition of heart rate sensors on the base of the wrist the Forerunner 35 (you could pair the FR25 with a chest strap, but he did not have heart rate sensors built).
Forerunner 35 Garmin has a life span of the battery nine days
Garmin says the watch comes with several different sport modes, such as walking, running, cycling, treadmill running, and a variety of other cardio activities. It does not follow swimming, but it is water resistant to 50 meters. It follows distances with integrated GPS, a staple of Forerunner watches from Garmin. New applications of the battery life is around nine days in "regular" sleep mode, with monitoring of core business; and 13 hours in GPS mode.
As with most other wrist Wearables these days, the Forerunner 35 also carries some of the basic functions of a fitness-tracker- slash-smartwatch: counting steps and calories burned, showing smartphone notification alerts, and controls offering music from the wrist. It pairs with Connect mobile Garmin, which is available on iOS, Android, Windows Phone, and workstations.
The Forerunner 35 will ship this fall for $ 200, which means it is much cheaper than the Forerunner 735XT ($ 450) and is cheaper than the same VivoActive HR ($ 250), all two follow swimming. Sometimes simpler is better.
