Google Photos for iOS now lets you turn your photos live in GIFs ,

Google's already-large Google Photos app for iOS better . Version 2.0, released this week, now gives users the ability to edit Live Photos and turn them into shareable GIFs and video clips, making images more accessible to those who use iPhones.

The function began with the excellent motion application Stills

Google Research has introduced the ability to edit photos Live earlier this summer with excellent application motion Stills. This application searches your film for Live Photos and edit them down into GIFs or movies with minimal shaking. It was fun and the value was evident. After all, what is the meaning of having good small clips attached to your images if you can not share them, say, Instagram? This feature was rolled right into Google Photos 2.0.

In addition, 2.0 also allows you to share video clips on YouTube. For more granular changes, you will still need to download the motion yet, but this represents a welcome update to what is already a highly competitive photo service on iOS.
